I suggest that the Pop-ups pop up after a certain amount of arena battles, not after u submit ur ticket. So, after every 5 arena battles, a pop-up will come. You can't disable miracle items popups, the option in the menu allows you to disable only the quest information popups (ie: monsters killed 6/10). The miracle shop popups after either dying,demanding arena,or accepting quests is still there. I'm not sure why they have not considered or even replied to previous threads to remove it or add an option to. I've bought heaps of items that I did not want mainly because of that.
