xloveablex 13
Hello, A friend bought 26250 miracle coins (50% bonus) with PayPal, it's a new option and his account got banned for 3 days. How can this happen? He can proof it though, with his PayPal bill. He just replenished it today so he can be prepared for sign sale etc. And now his account is banned for no reason. Can someone explain this please? Im looking forward for an answer. Thanks! xloveablex and jonny
jonny 1
Yeah, what is this? People buying Miracle coins and supporting you guys, gets up ended with a temp ban? I hope this gets sorted out asap as Loveshaman said, her friend was preparing for Signs of Imperishability discount. What just if it is tomorrow and he can't buy it? Kinda of a waste Edited December 26, 2014 by jonny

Jswaaz 87
what do you mean by "its a new option"? people get banned if they refund purchases, only thing that comes to mind

Jswaaz 87
i see the only time there should be an issue is if funds werent received, or were refunded. google/paypal has a policy to refund online purchases under specific requirements, but warspear cannot refund immediately, people have taken advantage of that and got banned an example being purchasing MC then disabling your credit/debit card. after miracle coins are received there is a hiatus between the actual funds being removed from one persons account a previous example being people taking advantage of the "purchase over phone" option, which since has been fixed Edited December 28, 2014 by ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
xloveablex 13
Hmmm.. Strange.. Because he says the money from his PayPal account is taken off. And also got a bill which proofs its payed. He received the miracle coins and after 5 mins he got disconnected and it showed up his account is banned for 3 days. He was waiting for signs sale, and today its sign sale! This is just ridiculous.. Many people buy more than 25k+ miracle coins, and nothing happens to them. Jswaaz 87
for some games, if alot of money is purchased, sometimes they temporary ban accounts to make sure its legit. could be something on paypal's end, if you have a basic paypal account there are many restrictions, some being how much youre allowed to spend/receive per month. a "quota" limit if you will my advice is to first check paypals terms of service, and confirming their type of paypal account allows for the amount spent for that month, then submitting a support ticket for warspear online with proof of purchase its alot more common for paypal to "freeze" an account if their funds spent have exceeded their monthly limit, than for warspear online itself to interfere with a legit transaction. a "frozen" paypal account would result in getting banned in warspear due to funds not received Edited December 28, 2014 by ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

r0land 1101
Never. Buy. Miracle coins. From. Other. Country. That's a rule. We have a sustem to prevent using stolen credit cards etc. You will be banned if you're trying to pay form the other country, not that where account was created.
