Hourai 139 Posted October 10, 2014 Share Posted October 10, 2014 They become personal after you equip them, they'll be fixed next maintenance no worries When you use one expert skill, all the experts go on a 2 seconds cooldown, it was implemented so we should mix basic with expert skills instead of button mashing experts.
