x 52 Posted October 6, 2014 Share Posted October 6, 2014 It's made like that because the outfit is a one piece from all the body parts worn together, if you dont want to see the head, you need to cut it(yes, it wont be named an "Outfit" anymore). Google answer: Outfit(n): a set of clothes worn together, especially for a particular occasion or purpose.
