Would be great if instead of ranking people you could just give ''Privileges'' to them , sometimes you want a member to have acess to warehouse only and no other rights , like inviting people , or want him to invite only or manage stuff in the guild. Solution - The system could use miniboxes to mark what members could do specifically! As for the rank system , could be promoted by time of playing , like 1 month you get to Explorer automatically , 1 month to Heir , just an example , just for title status , not for privileges. Or may the leader can type the hero patent, after mark what he can do (Like HofA guild sistem...) If you have problem with the leader you can always write to technical support, we can figure something out. We also will implement auto leadership passing later. Answer is still the same. Vice-leader option has also a dark side: if you have the same power as leader you can do anything you want. Just think about it.
