Maybe you could add another skill (expert skill) in necromancer's aresenal which takes advantage of the double eye status. For example you could add one ranged skill that removes a bit of mana from target (2 mana per level?), and if the target is on double eye status it does 3 extra ticks of magic damage just like poison spit. Or you could add some bonus effects on already existing skills combined with double eye. Anyway the main ideia is to incentive the use of deathly eye on more situations. Because barely any mob/boss/target or whatever is always 100% HP when you meet it. Exception of course bosses with 1m+ or so, it works anyway. Pretty please?
