Reduce animation delay to 3.1 seconds because more people prefer to use crossbow. This will also give a bit of buff to hunter because hunter can't compete at dps versus seeker.

The bow is powerful enough and doesn't need a buff. 

People prefer the crossbow because of its alpha damage and powerful crits

Then why does more people use crossbow even in PvE? Crossbow supposed to deal burst damage. There is only a small difference between bow and crossbow just like dagger and sword. Sword has 118% damage higher than dagger for 0.3/0.6 seconds slower speed. Sword is overall better than dagger just like crossbow to bow. Crossbow gives 117.7~118% of damage higher than bow for 0.6 seconds difference. 0.6 seconds slower is meaningless with enough attack speed.

Tbh I have no idea. People are weird when it comes to this stuff. After all the most popular tank weapon seems to be the mace though I personally use the sword
