im playing my ranger name heartedly lvl14 ranger then suddenly im disconnected.. then after i want to log it says incorrect login/password when im not changing email or pass..how could this be!!!! please help!!!!!!someone may hack me like the other day i post someone name voldemmolt threat me he gonna hack my account :( please i need immediate response and retrieval of my account before my items and gold lose!!

Use this link for send a ticket to the Technical Support, they will do something in few labor days. Describe the problem, an also what you have in that account: number of characters, names, what they have in bag, how many gold, mcoins (if you buy), ....

 

This also happend if you have a horrible data connection, if you did not give any personal information such as the ID or Password, that person could not do anything in your account.
