Guild auto leadership passing

Auto leadership passing. If the guild leader is absent for 10 days, the rank of the Leader goes to one of the Heirs. If during this time Heirs also did not enter the game, Leader is assigned to the one of the Explorers.

Has it already been released? Because our guild leader has been absent for couple of mouths and he is still leader of the guild. I have put much gold to this guild and i realy cant imagine leaving and joining other. And i am not mentioning other guild members. If it isn't realesed with 3.8, then can you tell me when it should be released?

This feature was introduced but devs were quick to remove it. There was no further info on why it was removed, as far as I'm aware of.
