Skillpoints lvl22? How long for update to complete lvl30?

Just wondering and I think many others are too is how many skill points do you get at lvl22? And how long before lvl30 update? Cause it would be kind of dumb to amp a new lvl19 arena weapon then 4months later lvl21 arena weaps come out. Sorry if I'm missing something, please explain?

That is the main scheme of developers. You buy sign and amp gear to the full, and 2-3 months update comes in with new weapons(weak in enchants but Lil high damage like Endless ). Once all amped their weapons new gear again... This is how GM makes loads of money! While you enjoy the game it doesn't matter.
