You are gonna add more skills and you give us very little skill points to distribute. Why not just bring back skill training. Only make it so that it t takes tou a longgg time to get your skill maxed. The game will be much more fun and interesting. Reason for this is cusclasses like priests or necro have no choice but to makee their skills shield and heal 5 unless they wana be weak. Other than shaman and druid where they only have to upgrade heal. You could also make knowledge potions help with training skills. CONSIDER IT ! Just spam-maxing everything isn't fun. And once again, the melees would get a even bigger disadvantage bcaz of taunt. It's kinda funny that the guy who cried about "greedy devs" now suggest a perfect way to insert more P2W, yo even gave them a mc-item suggestion.
