Why does the fire totem only target one? (Short Rant)

I remember years ago the fire totem could target multiple ppl, I just found out (via world chat in US server) that it only target's one person? Why is that??? Because some sentinels think it's "op"? Ever since I came back to the game and the forums I've seen posts asking for the nerfing of the charmer because of some relic, instead of the relic getting nerf it's the charmer, like really now? Also this joke of a post about "hunters poison arrow is too op ☺" like get out of here with that nonsense. The legion population is at an all time low but the elves seems fine I guess, I wonder why? It's not because the other side is getting nerfed to oblivion... Right?

Every time elfs start to "cry" they got what they want in 7 days while other side wait years for change or they dont change it at all. Last balance they nerfed mcs bcs guild on br server had specific chars with picked skills and they were beating all . Then when elf did same they started winning but mc side got nerfed even after elfs started to win. Mage blessing bug was there way too long but when it came to dk fire being abused they nerfed it same week some1 started to "cry". Now this with charmer. We waited like 2+ years for bd and seeker nerf but charmer get nerfed in 1 week . If you look at arenas elfs are more dominant since they have more support skills and aoe control(only seeker doesnt have it) . They also nerfed chief burst build and aoe build in same patch even thought its not able to do both in 1 build .  They nerfed lock aoe control even thought its only char that can do aoe control on mc side and they did nothing with templar . And after this charmer nerf its confirmed that devs favourise 1 side more than other.

Based on what you said here I'm starting to think they truly favour one side over the other. Does any of the devs play the game?

They don't need to, since they check statistics of the game. This is their source of infos related to the game.

elfs are good in arena, MCs are better in gvg/group fights.

Spoiler

"This looks like 1 server problem:sadowl:"

Mcs "were" better bcs they were focused mainly on shaman lock and chief. If u compare those  classes only shaman remain same in gvg after last skill balance . While elfs remained same . There are many videos on how that guild from br started  losing even be4 skill balance . And now its even worse

And in arena its pointless to discuss about fairness bcs mcs are left with 2 good chars for arena shaman and barb while elfs got way more

The game would be a masterpiece real classic MMORPG when there's. Not exist a "magic dmg" class eluding 5 hits, stunning by one click more than 3 enemies, another issues about spread 3 shield by one click , get immunity + restoring heal,  and dealing enormous quantity of dmg from one simply debuff when u are in movement.

Legions players will recognize these facts that make you stop wasting your time.
