Abi 88 Posted April 13, 2022 Share Posted April 13, 2022 (edited) In this guide we will be talking about castle and everything you need to know about castle when it comes to basic information, capturing, attacking & defending, strategies and the goods you gain from capturing a castle Basic information Castle locations Castle buildings Castle Requirement Castle goods and buffs Capturing Guild requirements to apply Castle siege Guard room Attacking the throne Attacking & defending 1st level 2nd level 3rd level strategies Members Diversity supplies Minions & buffs Basic information 1- Castle’s location There are 5 castles at the moment in Warspear and are located in the 3rd map of the game “Avyondil” each castle is located in its own section of Avyondil. Spoiler The 1st castle which is the “Forest’s Heart” castle is located in the 1st section of the map. The 2nd castle which is the “Jaguar’s Den” castle is located in the 2nd section of the map The 3rd castle which is the “Dragon Ness” castle is located in the 3rd section of the map The 4th castle which is the “Sky Sanctuary” castle is located in 4th section of the map The 5th and last castle is the “Sea turtle” castle is located in 5th section of the map 2- Castles buildings Each castle has 3 buildings where you can produce goods and an architect where you can build or level up buildings and the castle to fortify your castle and produce better goods. Spoiler Work shop: used for crafting castle scrolls. Laboratory: used for crafting castle potions Tower of magic: used for crafting group relics. - the architect is used to build or level up buildings to craft more powerful goods and to level up the castle to fortify it and make it harder to capture. 3- Castles requirement To build or level up building you will need 2 main resources as well as gold and guild points. 1- Ideal essences which can be found in the same section as the castle. Spoiler you will find the Essence guarded by 2 strong mobs and the Essence respawns after a certain amount of time . -Ideal Essence of the Depth “Forest Heart”. -Ideal Essence of the Abyss “Jaguar’s Den”. -Ideal Essence of the Depths “Dragon Ness”. -Ideal Essence of the Empyrean “Sky sanctuary”. -Ideal Essence of the abyss “Sea turtle”. 2- symbols which can be found in the dungeons of the castle section which will drop as loot upon killing the dungeon final boss. Spoiler - the higher the difficulty of the dungeons the more symbols the final boss drops. 4- Goods and Buffs Capturing and owning a castle will grant you with lots of advantages such as the castle buildings which can craft powerful items and grant access to the castle steward where you can use certain buffs to aid your members in battles or help improve the guild. -The Laboratory where you can craft powerful potions for the guild. Spoiler To craft these potions, you will need gold and phial which can be made from the Laboratory itself, and the higher the level of the building is the better stats the Laboratory provide - The workshop where you can craft powerful scrolls for the guild. Spoiler To craft these scrolls, you will need gold and parchment which can be made from the workshop itself, and the higher the level of the building is the better stats the scrolls provide -The Magic Tower where you can craft group relics. Spoiler to craft these relics, you only need gold and patience since they take few days to finish, leveling up the building will unlock more relics to craft. - Keep in mind that upon crafting these items the building will lose durability and will make the items take longer to finish, you can repair them by using the castle resources and gold as well as guild points. - the castle steward where you can use a verity of buffs for the entire guild members which can aid you in battles or help with the guild development. Spoiler Allow all guild members to visit the castle section dungeon for free. Duration: 2 hours. Maximum number of buffs: 1. Increases the number of reputation points received by guild members from the castle section area by 30% Duration: 2 hours. Maximum number of buffs: 1. Increase the amount of experience received by guild members for tasks in the castle section area by 50% Duration: 3 hours. Maximum number of buffs: 1. Increase the power of attacking skills for all guild members by 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% (based on which castle you captured). Duration: 3 hours. Maximum number of buffs: 1. Increase the power of healing skills for all guild members by 10/15/20/25/30% (based on which castle you captured). Duration: 3 hours. Maximum number of buffs: 1. Increase the main attack stats (crit, accuracy, attack speed, penetration and skills cooldown) by 1% and physical and magic power by 1.5% for all guild members. Duration: 2 hours. Maximum number of buffs: 5. Increase the main defense stats (Dodge, Parry, Block) by 1% and the physical and magic defense by 2% of all guild members. Duration: 2 hours. Maximum number of buffs: 5. Capturing - Now we will be talking about what you need to know when it comes to attacking and capturing a castle. 1- Guild requirement to apply Each castle has its own rules to apply when it comes to guild level and members, in order to apply for castle siege, you need to meet those requirement Spoiler - “Forest’s Heart” level 3 guild or higher (only 30 members from the guild can apply to attack or defend the castle). - “Jaguar’s Den” level 4 guild or higher (only 40 members from the guild can apply to attack or defend the castle). - “Dragon Ness” level 5 guild or higher (only 50 members from the guild can apply to attack or defend the castle). - “Sky Sanctuary” level 6 guild or higher (only 60 members from the guild can apply to attack or defend the castle). - “Sea turtle” level 7 guild or higher (only 70 members from the guild can apply to attack or defend the castle). Upon meeting those requirements your guild can take part in the castle siege to have a chance of capturing it, your guild can apply by making the guild commander entre the castle afterward the rest of the members can join in. 2- Castle siege Once you have joined the siege the guild will spawn in one of the 8 camps, these camps serve as a spawning point for guild so upon dying in battle the members will respawn in the camp. Your objective here is to work together to break one of the castle gates while fighting other guilds who has the same objective. 3- Guard room Upon breaking the gate, the guild commander and his party will have access to enter the guard room where you attempt to kill the guard as well as other guilds commander party. Spoiler Keep in mind that only the guild commanders can attack the castle guard while the party members should support the commander and defend him from other guilds. If your guild managed to kill the guard only then the members of the guild will be able to enter the guard room and prepare to attack the throne, other guilds will be teleported outside of the castle and result in failing the siege. 4- Attacking the throne once your guild has entered the castle citadel you will have to face the guild who hold the castle your objective is to find and destroy the throne while fighting the current guild that hold the castle. Attacking & Defending - the castle citadel contains 3 levels, the 1st level which has 3 gates and 5 drop down points where the attacking guild can use to enter the citadel also the middle area serves as a spawn point for the attacking guild. Spoiler - the 2nd level contains 1 middle gate and 2 routes left and right of the middle gate. Spoiler - the 3rd level contains the throne and the end of the 2 routes which leads to the throne in the middle Spoiler - Attacker: your objective is to break the gates and destroy the throne while fighting the guild which hold the castle. -Defender: your objective is to defend the throne for 20 minutes by killing and slowing the attacking guild progress until the end of the timer. - Keep in mind: the health of the gates and throne as well as their stats is are different, each castle has its own stats Castle level object health Resilience % 1 Throne 50000 5 2 Throne 75000 10 3 Throne 110000 15 4 Throne 155000 20 5 Throne 210000 25 1 Gate 250000 5 2 Gate 275000 10 3 Gate 325000 15 4 Gate 400000 20 5 Gate 500000 25 For example, level 4 castle “Sky Sanctuary” gates will have 400k health and 20% resilience while the throne will have 155k health and 20% resilience. strategies Here we will be talking about some tips and tricks that could help with attacking or defending a castle as well as other helpful information. 1- Members Diversity A major thing a guild should consider before attacking or defending a castle is the classes and gears of the members participating in the siege, the guild most have a front liners, damage dealers and support. - Front liners are the classes that function as a tank class which can withstand a number of blows without dying and their job is to take most of the damage for the guild and force the enemies to engage them. Spoiler - For the legion barbarians and death knights are the main classes that serve as a front liner. Barbarians are a good front liners due to their skills that help them withstand high damage (stone skin, combat fury and War cry) as well as having their roar which does an Aoe debuff that reduce the enemy attack power. Death knights are one of the best front liners in game due to their dark shield which can help them withstand lots of damage on their own as well as having a number of Aoe damage as well as having their secret reserve skill which heals them upon reaching a critical health percentage which makes them even harder to kill . - For the sentinels Paladins and Wardens are the main frontline classes. paladins are a good front liners due to their massive healing and shielding skills which helps them withstand an insane amount of damage as well as having their Harad’s Banner which deals damage as well as increasing the amount of damage received to the players under it effect while also having their flatter which roots the enemy in place Wardens are one of the best front liners in game due to their heavy damage reduction and shielding making them hard to kill while also having a few skills that could factor in as a support skill (swap, stun etc) - Damage classes are the main damage source for the guild relying on having a high damage but very low control or survivability. Spoiler - For the legion Rogues, hunters, chieftains and charmers are the classes that server as the damage sources. Rogues are a good damage class though they lack Aoe damage they have a really good burst and insane attack speed and dodge making them very flexible and hard to kill, they also have the advantage of going invisible which helps them by pass the frontline and focus on the support and damage classes. Hunters are one of the best damage classes legions have they have a really good damage boost from skills (stance and hunter’s mark) while also having a great Aoe and an insane crowd control skill. Chieftains are the best damage class legions got, they have a high burst damage a really good Aoe damage as well as being durable making them able to stand few hits without dying they also have the advantage of relying on both physical and magical power making them unaffected by the guild globe while having a high mobility from their skills. Though charmers don’t really have a lot of Aoe damage skills or a high burst but they have the ability of summoning (call and help of chaos) having few charmers in area will grant u a swarm of summons which makes them a really good damage source. - For the sentinel’s mage, seeker, blade dancer and ranger are the main damage source The mage is a great class when it comes to group fight due to their high Aoe damage, great mobility and their shield which helps them ignore damage for a certain amount of time making them a really good damage source. Seekers are much like Rogues though they lack a good Aoe damage source they do have a really good dps and a high damage boost as well as a great mobility from their stealth skill which makes them invisible as well as having high move speed. Blade Dancer is one of the most famous classes in the sentinel’s and are a great damage source, due to the fact they have the privilege of using a 1 hand weapon on their off hand as well as being able to use heavy armor which allow them to deal heavy damage while being durable and they also have the power of ignoring a number of controlling skills. The Ranger is similar to the hunter being one of the best damage source in game due to having a great damage boosting and a high burst as well as having a decent Aoe damage, they also have a high attack speed and single target control. - The support classis’s main goal is to help the frontline and the damage classes in doing their job by providing buffs, healing and even control by disturbing the enemy formations. Spoiler - For the legion shamans, necromancer and warlocks are the only support classes. shamans are a great support class due to their mass totems skills which grant them the ability to do an Aoe heal, Aoe damage debuff while also having a good control skills and buffing/healing skills. necromancer is known for their ability to boost their party damage as well as having a great healing and Aoe damage and they also have the ability to resurrect the dead people or use their bodies as a dead soldier they also have the ability to link the enemies together making them receive damage upon taking induvial damage. warlock is one of the best support classes they provide an insane crowd control as well as Aoe damage and they also have the ability to silence enemies making them unable to use skills which makes them a great support class. - For the sentinel’s Priests, templars and druids are the only support classes. Priests are much necromancer, having the ability to boost party members damage as well as having a great buffing skill while also having the ability to resurrect the dead. Templar is one of the best support classes in game due to them having a great crowd control skills a good Aoe damage as well as a decent healing skill, plus being able to use heavy armor and shields making them really durable. Druid is a great supporting class due to them having an insane amount of healing, a decent buffing skill as well as a good crowd control skills they also have the ability to prevent a guild member from dying upon losing their health instead they will receive a percentage of their health back. Keep in mind that the key to winning group battles is to have the balance between the game classes by not having too many of one class or too less of another and having everyone play their role. 2- Supplies Before attempting to attack or defend a castle you need to make sure you provide the correct supplies for your guild to help them win the battles. the most important item is the “courage scroll” which can be used to instantly respawn during castle battle. its really good to provide health potions to your guild to help them stay alive during the battle plus these potions don’t provide any extra buffs which could overtake any buffing potion which we will talk about next. 3- Minions & Buffs A really important thing to keep in mind when going into a battle is to have the right minions support and buffs to aid u in the battle. - Minions are an important assist when it comes to fighting, they can provide you with the extra damage you’re missing or the extra control you might need. Spoiler - There are 5 minions which are considered the best when it comes to castle attacking or defending. Minion skills Place to find pumpkin guard charge (stun) hamstring(root) Horror event chest grinch Exhalation(stun) hamstring(root) Snow event chest lightning spirit lightening blast (blind) Winning place in guild tournament smoldering guard shield strike (stun) Roar (damage debuff) thread (root) Arena chest Depth horror Fletter (root) Miracle coins shop (cache chest) - Having the correct buffs is also a necessity for battles we will talk about which buffs are recommended to get. Spoiler the legendary warrior potion is a great buff, it grants damage, health and mana. castle scroll provides an insane number of stats as well as resistance which is really useful. Power tablets also serve as a good scrolls buff, they provide a temporary shield which can help you withstand more dmg. life force potion which is the most important buff it increases the power of healing the user receive by 60% detection potions allow you to see invisible players making it a great potion to catch stealth players. purification potion can be used to remove a number of debuffed making it a good potion to have at all time. - Keep in mind that the castle potions don’t take potion buff slot and they stack so don’t be afraid to use more than one of them (or all of them).
