IF someone got he account scammed or hacked and the scammer or the hacker stole his  gold , doom , armor..............etc (items) , would his items back to him when he recover his account????????? please answer me. thank u

Yep, items and currencies will not be recovered.

And that's actually a good thing. Someone might learn not to share account information.
