Uhm, I know dualing is illegal on one device. But what if, you dual on two separate phones or laptops? Is it still illegal?

 

How about having 5 phones to form a pt? I'm sorry for the dumb question, but I just wanna clarify to myself because my warden is nearly 30 and my bd is already 32, and I wanna solo lab, t3, and t4.

You can use two accounts of 2 separate devices

 

But you can have 2 accounts max so no, you cant have 5 accounts on 5 devices

Yup, you can use 2 accs. In same time if they are logged form different devices but its and if you can solo laby and t3-t4 go ahead is allowed.
