Which is better, the one with skills regain or the one with accuracy? My priest is 16 and lvling

The reason I dislike arena staff is because you have to choose between those 2 particular stats.

Cooldown reduction is good especially for the super long expert skill cooldown. It can also save you in certain cases by letting you heal just a little bit sooner. If you are going to farm as a healer, faster heals and shield will be better than landing some hits. if you are going for pvp, and you have no accuracy on weapon, you will need to make up for it on other equips.

 

I would recommend using a doom, with both accuracy and cooldown reduction. Of course, you would need to make up for the resi loss on other equips.

Theres been a huge mess of answers, should I get the arena or doom and which of them should I get. If no answer comes by the time I can afford the staff ill just get the accu arena.

I guess it comes down to personal preference.

I'd use cooldown for necros coz of insta heal and acc for shamans, coz of blind.

But if you like spamming skills, plug acc on ammy and gloves and go for cooldown, I guess.
