Achievement Abandoned House Bugged (Idk?)

The achievement is so easy get with completing the first quest yellow in Snow Boundary.
Are these achievements not supposed to be achieved by doing the blue quests? I have already tried 2 chars, and I took advantage of the bug with the others.

No ban me pls I like collect achievements fast

I tested in both sides Legion and Sentinels, both works with this bug.?
