Rotating Daggers: The rogue spins daggers around him to deal damage to all enemies around him, dealing 20% / 25% / 30/35% of their physical damage per second for a time of 3/4/5/6 seconds. , the maximum amount of affected players is 4/5/6/7, this ability is very similar to the chief's eagle eye.
