afk players

The arena season has barely started and is already full of naked Afk, dmd players.

There was the case of falling with 3 afk.

 

These are the names of some of them.:

- Night

- Dedecio

- Vuahn

- Wbb

- Musculoso

- Paizika

- Zhanlong 

server: BR-Tourmaline 

 

Please do something about it, this behavior is destroying the arena experience.

 

One of the ways to solve this is to add a denounce option in the arena for these afk players, resulting in a ban from the arena for a few days.

Ingame problems and support cant do anything about it because its not forbidden to afk in arena

afking isnt against eula or anything so you wouldnt have anything to report them for

 

and how would you prove that theyre afking deliberately and not just happened to be busy irl at that moment, or lag, there are multiple options

One thing is for sure, this behavior gets in the way. To several prints of them afk, I find it difficult for them to give so much dmd being busy.

People would instantly find ways to abuse that system.

 

I agree that AFK in arena is incredibly annoying , but it isn't a problem simple to solve.

Nor is it a problem EULA related. If you have got a suggestion to share with us, we would be delighted to hear it. But as it for now, you are basically reporting some people here on forum, thing which is not allowed.

But they are not breaking rules. They're making an unfair use of the arena, but they won't be banned for this.

Eu concordo que AFK na arena é incrivelmente chato, mas não é um problema fácil de resolver.

It could be resolved with a denunciation option, with the consequence of being banned from the arena for some time.

I know they're not breaking the rules, but it interferes a lot in the arena's performance and some measure can be made about that.

And then this could be abused to ban someone who was actually accidentally afk for some time from arena even if they would be active in every other match

I would add leagues like in lol ,csgo... 

But for that is needed complete arena rework and i think its needed bcs arena is  outdated ppl with 20% win rate can be 2nd in arena season

For a system like Leagues to work we would need to have A LOT more players.

 

If something like that was implemented right now it would just spread the playerbase too much.

I believe that a single report would not be enough to ban someone from the arena, if the reporting system were implemented.

It would require a considerable number of complaints from different players.

how many would be "considerable" amount because if one team has 2 alts in 4x4 arena then they would get like 2 reports from other members of team because enemies wouldnt report if it means easy wins for the or if theyre the reason for those alts

 

and you could get your friends to mass report someone for no reason

As a player it's hard to imagine a fair reporter system but I have this possible path: as soon as the match ended on the score screen players could report other players, with about 10 complaints, those responsible for the server received an email to investigate the case. In case of veracity, the denounced player would be banned from the arena for a few days or for the entire season, and for those with false reports a consequence can be thought (3 days of banishment from the arena for example). A place in the game's forum to expose these players with misconduct in the arena can give more veracity to the complaints, with photos and videos.
