Right now the max is around 13%, if you succed to get great charms on the block runes. tamoae 1 Posted March 31, 2014 Author Share Posted March 31, 2014 So, any chance this happens? because when you choose a shield you already are destined to have the lowest damage of all, at least make it worth giving a greater chance of block, and therefore increase survive ability, cause ~13% is not working great, really.
