Valiant defenders!

The history of Arinar contains many memories of the power and great deeds of brave warriors. For centuries, these legends were passed verbally between the inhabitants of this world. But what if the chronicles do not lie, and brave heroes will be able to seize the powers glorified in the legends? Are you ready, children of the War for the Spear, to learn what your ancestors never dreamed of and to meet the new turn of great history that is taking place right before your eyes?

There is no denying the importance of intense training and courage on the battlefield, but for years the outcome of battles was determined not by brute strength, but by the wise decisions of the great warriors of the past. “There is no limit to perfection, but one must strive,” read the wall frescoes of the Great War for the Spear. And now this wisdom opens its own path of knowledge for everyone!

We are pleased to present you with the announcement of Update 10.0, which is designed to reveal the process of the hero's development in a completely new way! A unique talent tree for each of the 18 classes will allow you to get not only useful bonuses to the characteristics of your character and his abilities, but also completely new effects for basic skills. The long-awaited mechanic of quickly changing gear sets, improving the exchange window between characters, new achievements and much more are waiting for the defenders of Arinar very soon! Now we will tell you about the main innovations, but we will also leave some pleasant surprises, which we will reveal on the day of the update release.

Class talents

You are already familiar with the talent system that appeared in the game with the release of the Ayvondil underwater sector. Recall that improving these allows you to feel more comfortable during exploration and battles on the territory of the Ship Graveyard. With the release of the update, you will have the opportunity to receive unique bonuses for each class that will work anywhere in Arinar!

New talents are located in the corresponding tab in the character's menu, access to which opens after the hero reaches level 5. Talents are a list of passive enhancements for consistent study. In most cases, the study of a talent involves obtaining a bonus to the characteristics of a character or his abilities, however, there are those that flesh skills out in a completely new way, adding additional effects to them! To study Class talents, you will need Gold and a new resource - Knowledge.

Knowledge

An uncountable number of powerful wizards wandered around the world of Arinar at all times, leaving grains of teachings about great powers on their way. They believed that the day will come when the brave warriors of Arinar will be able to gather them together and awaken a previously unseen power. For many centuries, hunters for fame and fortune have tried to find them, but they could not find the most important clue that all this time had been under their noses. Ordinary inhabitants of Arinar - they were entrusted with the secrets of boundless power. And now those can be in your hands, you just need to come to the rescue in an hour of need and prove that you are worthy of this power!

Knowledge is a new resource that will be used to learn Class Talents. The ways to get it are quite extensive: you can earn them for completing tasks and completing dungeons, as well as for participating in various game events. You can check the amount of Knowledge available in the character parameters menu.

Now let's talk about the structure of the Class Talent tree so that you can figure out in advance how to use the new resource as efficiently as possible!

Class Talent tree structure

All Class talents are subdivided into three branches: offensive, defensive and auxiliary. It will be necessary to start learning them from the top line, gradually moving down and opening more and more powerful bonuses. In addition, there are talents with branches, some of which will be available after receiving certain bonuses from two branches at once. The sequence of learning is indicated by arrows between the cells.

Please note: there is no limit to the number of talents learned, you can learn all of them!

Talents can have several levels, the study of which will increase the benefits of the talent. However, if you want to get to the skills from the bottom lines as soon as possible, it will be enough to study only 1 level of the previous talents, after which the next talent will become available for study.

Let's understand the constituent parts of the branches. Let's start with the general Basic Talents.

Basic Talents

This list of bonuses is the same for all classes and is the trunk of each of the three directions of development of the class branch of talents — offensive, defensive and auxiliary. Also note that this tree of Class talents is just the start of a huge web of talents, which will gradually develop, allowing your character to take advantage of an increasing number of useful and interesting bonuses.

Please note that during testing, the description and mechanics of some talents may change - if this happens, we will definitely tell you about it in the release.

“Equipment” menu

In a world full of various dangers, one must always be on the alert and fully armed. Especially when you don't know which enemy you are going to face, and under what conditions the battle will take place. The new functionality for saving sets of equipment and the ability to quickly change them will definitely help with this!

The new mechanic is as simple as possible: you can save up to 3 sets of equipment and switch between them, changing your active battle. The buttons for changing sets are located in the character's equipment menu. Initially, there will be only one saved set, and access to others will open as your character develops: one at a time when you reach levels 10 and 20.

Please note: you can use any piece of equipment in all 3 sets at the same time, there are no restrictions. And an item that is used in at least one set will not take up space in the bag.

In order to change the set of equipment, you just need to click on the desired tab, after which the character will instantly equip the selected items. You can also change equipment sets in the heat of battle, but in this case the process will take 5 seconds, during which you will not be able to control your character. Be vigilant and look for the right moment!

Also, in connection with the addition of a new function, we slightly changed the location of the block with the display of the number of health points and energy of the character - now this information is next to other main characteristics. And the block with the character's name will now also include the name of the guild in which he is a member.

In addition, the area with the character model has become clickable. By clicking on this area, you can get into the menu of offensive and defensive characteristics of your character.

Achievements

An integral part of the history of any great warrior has always been their exploits, captured on the "time chronicle", or rather, in the "Achievements" tab! You will have the opportunity to test your strength and become famous throughout Arinar thanks to more than 40 new achievements for 125 Tokens of Glory! In addition, one of them will be Legendary: prove to all Arinar that you are stronger and faster than others!

New heights - new rewards! For their accomplishments, the valiant defenders will be able to adorn themselves with new godlike skins and a unique costume.

Activity Center: Season 3 — “Masks Off”

Shortly after the release of Update 10.0, a new Season of Activities will be available for you. Don't forget to complete the daily and weekly missions for pleasant rewards that will make your adventures brighter easier. We remind you that tasks are selected based on the level of your character, so do not worry that you would come across a difficult or impassable mission.

Starting this season, Battle Pass owners will be able to earn even more rewards! After completing all levels of the Season of Activities, an additional slot with a reward will open for you. You can get it for a certain amount of activity points an unlimited number of times during the season. Stay tuned for missions throughout the season and get even more prizes!

Don't forget about other benefits of the Battle Pass, which will make your stay in Arinar even more enjoyable, comfortable and effective:

  • Additional slots for weekly and daily missions that will allow you to receive rewards much faster.
  • Access to personal and guild warehouses at any time and in any place — it will allow you to be sure that you’ve got everything necessary for a battle or adventure.
  • The ability to freely change the haircut at the Personal Barber. Every day a new look — easy!

Trade window

It is difficult to imagine Arinar without trade, because thousands of transactions are made between its inhabitants every day. That is why we have improved the exchange interface, making this process much more convenient, and most importantly - safer!

The long search for goods during the exchange has come to an end - now you can add items to the slots directly from the bag by selecting them from the general list or using sorting by item type.

In addition, an unlimited number of consumables and other items that are collected in stacks are placed in one cell during the exchange, which will allow you to easily sell a large batch at once.

Also, the number of items that can be obtained during the exchange cannot exceed the amount of free space in the bag. If the space is insufficient, it will be impossible to add new items, and locks will appear on the cells.

The useful functions don't end there! In the updated window of the exchange interface, you can get much more information about the buyer / seller, find out their level, class, and also whether they are in your friends list.

We hope that new features and information will help you make the most profitable deals with maximum convenience and protect you from insidious scammers!

Reseller

In addition to the exchange between players, the Reseller is an equally important part of the game trade. It is thanks to him that tens of thousands of products find buyers every day.

It is important for us that the trading process is convenient for you, so we have modernized the “My Products” tab. Now, when you select an item for sale, the entire list of items you have will open, which will greatly simplify the search. You can also use sorted categories.

In addition to the innovations described above, you will find a new system of daily gifts and other good news, which we will tell you about in the update release!

See you next week on the open testing!

But in my opinion

Useless lesser class talent for chief wolf

I dont like key class talent for chief bcuz It is not a skill that is used a lot and almost no one uping it. its better to add the bonus to iconic skills of the class wolf or eagle that all uses

In 3 sec. after the use of the Roar skill it is activating again.

So it can affect more people in PvP for example :piggy:

You can change your position with Charge skill for example, so Roar will affect other targets.

This should be free imo.

  • Access to personal and guild warehouses at any time and in any place — it will allow you to be sure that you’ve got everything necessary for a battle or adventure.

After many years...

“Equipment” menu

Pathetic update, 0 nerfs, 0 reworks. Sh*t talents and skills for some classes good job!

Comparing chieftains Key Class Talent to every other class, it sounds very underwhelming, both in PVE and PVP. It will almost never be used, and even if its used, theres rarely a case where a chieftain should up Thrashing from 1/5 to above, so he would only "benefit" for a few seconds. By the time the debuff is used, the chief has gotten maybe 1-2 hits in. I do hope to see it drastically changed before this update hits live.
