Frikid 0
So we all know, there are only 2 items with cdr as of now, they are : Lab belt and Staffs. As we know lab belt is kinda messed up in stats, it neither have hp nor resilence, so using it over resilence belt doesn't make much sense to me. Secondly , and the main purpose of this thread is , weapon. The biggest question arises is that whether cdr weapon should be used or not ? If we look at earthquake and blind skill which have base cooldown of 15 sec, after 4.8% cdr, the cooldown reduces to 14.3 sec. Furthermore if lab belt is used, the total cdr becomes 9.6% and the 15 sec cooldown goes to 13.6 sec. So as we can see, with 4.8% cdr, the skill down seem almost negligible. Even With 9.6% cdr, the skills can be used only one second earlier. So i want to know your opinion, CDR staffs worth it or not?
Tweek 2
Worth for skill spammers. eg. Necro/Priest/Warlock
Shitzo 37
CDR staff is worth it. I see no point on using staffs with accuracy over CDR, it's worthless now anyways, and using staff without Resilience too. Best staff is arena staff with CDR, old healing ones. Belt sux so don't bother. -0.5-2second CD is so far better than 5% accuracy, so far that there is no word to describe how much better it is. Plus staff without Resilience is poo. luleee 0
It depends on what you focus. CD is good for Healers while farming or doing Lab/tower. Especially a Necro with lesser CD could be very usefull in healing.
Mecha 118
well its not bad but its not great neither. it depends on how much you have and how well you are going to use it. for example, if you are in pvp, you will be able to use skills faster than someone with less CDR. If we are talking stuns, then you obviously have an advantage. if you look at your skill descriptions it will tell you the new cooldown after applying CDR. For some skills, it might be enough to save your ass. and of course, its always useful in pve.
Frikid 0
After introduction of new skill, cdr feels more useful, 5 sec reduction with cdr staff :) Definitely worth more than 5% accuracy
Deltaman 4
After introduction of new skill, cdr feels more useful, 5 sec reduction with cdr staff :) Definitely worth more than 5% accuracy Yea. 5% on a 90 sec cooldown is 4,5 seconds. So then it becomes way better.
Hourai 139
Accuracy over CDR any time Better hitting more times with good chances to hit, than hit a lot more with less chances to hit

Shitzo 37
Haha. Anyways, on serious topic, CDR all the way on staff. If you need Accuracy then use SD weapon or 2 lv18 piece with Accuracy set bonus and both with Accuracy on amulet if you are that desperate for some random weird reason of stacking Accuracy. I'd suggest just using SD weapon cause you are a caster not a melee who gets 20% Accuracy in a normal set. For Lock or Mage, Accuracy amulet and SD weapon would be more than enough for getting Accuracy. Or you can try stacking Dodge on a healing class and you would see a lot clearer, lmfao. Remember, you out heal any class that cannot heal (No shit brah).
Hourai 139
-_- This. And, yes, i'd agree, but, SD staff/stave/scepter/stick and 2 lv17/18 rings are enough. PvE you're better off full Shroud/Storm/Radiant or mix it up with Guiding Thread. But if it's arena/SD, pick wisely depending on your armor choices, you can go arena staff/full GT or SD staff/full arena, and so on, too many options
