Faction: Forsaken
Features: Dealing damage, melee, physical damage, weakening enemies.

Type: Active. Single enemy target.
Range of application: Melee.
Recharge time: 9 seconds.
Power consumption: 9/10/11/12/13
Skill Level Damage Gain:108/110/112/114/118%

The Reaper deals 2 quick blows to the target.
Type: Active. Single enemy target.
Range of application: Melee.
Recharge time: 12 seconds.
Power consumption: 11/12/13/15/17
Skill Level Damage gain:90/94/98/104/110% 
If the target is hit by a debuff from the Black Hand skill, the character will replenish health depending on the damage done. Increase in treatment from skill level: 10/12/15/18/20%

The Reaper hits the target with a curse that slows down the enemy, also increasing any incoming damage to it.
Type: Active. Single enemy target.
Cooldown time: 22 seconds.
Debuff duration: 8 seconds.
Range of application: 6 yards.
Deceleration power with skill development: 15/20/25/30/40%
Debuff power to increase incoming damage with skill development: 5/7/10/12/15%

The reaper surrounds himself or an ally with a barrier, at the end of the barrier, he will deal damage to the character's circle, the damage increases if the unstable barrier was damaged or completely destroyed.

Cooldown time: 34 seconds.
Duration of the buff: 9/11/13/15/17 seconds.

Power consumption for use: 16/18/20/22/24.

Creates a cage around the reaper that does not allow the enemy to leave a certain area and increases the physical and magical protection of allies.(A 5x5 area around the character, the area does not move behind the character but remains in place until the skill action ends)

Skill duration: 6/7/8/10 seconds.

The increase in damage from the skill level: 120/130/140/170% (If you ask why there is such a large increase at the last level of development, I will answer that there is a desire to pump it by 4/4)

The reaper sets an altar on the battlefield, if an enemy dies in the area of the altar, then the allies and the reaper receive a bonus to Recharge skills(the bonus is increased up to 5 times)

Cooldown time: 55 seconds.
Scope: 5x5.
Increase to cd for 1 buff: 1/1, 5/2/3%

The reaper gets a buff that increases the range of skills: "Crushing Blow", "There is no Escape" by 4 yards, when using one of the listed skills, the reaper makes a dash to the target, while this buff is reduced on the reaper, after using one of the listed skills, the buff subsides.

Cooldown time: 18 seconds.
Reaper's Physical Damage reduction: 80/65/50/40% 
Duration of the buff: 6/6,5/7/8 seconds.

The reaper lubricates the weapon with his blood, sacrificing his health to reduce the maximum health of the enemy.

Cooldown time: 45 seconds.
Debuff Strength: 2/3/4/5. 5% (Of the enemy's maximum health)
Number of debuff ticks: 2/3/4/5
The duration of the buff: 15 seconds
Health costs: 4/6/8/11% of the maximum health of the character.

The reaper leaves a rune on the ground, invisible to opponents.
The rune blinds the target for a while.
Type: Active.
Range of application: Melee.
Cooldown time: 18 seconds.
The duration of the rune on earth: 15/20/25/35 seconds.
Debuff duration: 2/3/4/6 seconds.

The reaper instills fear in the soul of the enemy, forcing him to run away. If a debuff from the "Blood and Pus" skill is applied to the target, then the fear effect will also be applied to opponents around the target.

It possible because Legion need 1 Damage dealer and Sentinel need 1 aoe class for balance if you see my compare class role

I would swap DeathKnight and Barbarian as DeathKnights have better damage

I think the BD is essentially a semi tank semi dmg class. We, the Legion, could use one
