1. Is the equipment in shops in the first town (the one you land in when you finish tutorial, I don't know if there are other cities yet) the best in the game? 2. If yes, what rings and amulet are best for druid?

1. So far yes.

2. I picked those with regeneration, since druid usually has not enough. Once you double click on item, even before purchasing, it will display bonus gained upon equipping. Regeneration symbol is heart.
