What should be a good skill build for a ranger lvl 10

I guess if u are going lvl 10 arena 5 power and split the rest on bless/scatter

5 Blessing and 2 Power shot. Use a bow and aim for maximum attack speed so you can get as many hits as possible with Blessing active. Result=Pro level 10 ranger.

He doesn't mean that you are suppoused to aim with your bow, you only have to lock target in ws. He means that you should try to get as much Attack Speed as possible. Then you will hit faster and can deal more hits during blessing.
