Mephitr 3
Hello! Last time I tested a lot of build on my paladin, but i saw weird think with skills cooldown. Idk why, but after crossing 10% of skills cooldown, every next value add general less skills cooldown in skills window. For example Purifying (1st pala skill) have 9 sec of cooldown, with 47,8% skills cooldown, the ability has 6 sec of cooldown. Correctly value should has 4,7s cooldown. This same skill with 88,3% skill cooldown, the ability only has 4,7 sec of cooldown. 4,7 sec its a value for ~48%. Correctly with value 88,3% cooldown, skill cooldown should has 1,05 sec. Quote Therefore, I have a few question: 1. Is each value of skills cooldown is calculated separately or as a whole? 2.This is bug or whether this is the intended action? 3. Is each any other statistic in game works compare like featured skills cooldown? Edited December 28, 2020 by Mephitr
Jcbref 610
cooldown works like so: Cooldown The "Cooldown" parameter increases the speed with which a character's skills recharge. That is, if a hero has 100% of Cooldown, this means that his skills will recharge 2 times faster, that is, they will recharge in half the normal time. You can calculate "Cooldown" time with the following formula: original_time ÷ (1 + percent_ofload) Using your example, it would look like this: 18 ÷ (1 + 48.2%) = 12.1 seconds Put another way: X = A / (1 + B) Where: X is the final recharge time; A is the skill's original cooldown; B is the skill reload percentage.
