There is no way the possibility that someone else use my account and take them for a joke or something like this. I don't get chest in any player of the account. In my second account everything is normal. This is happening with other players too or only to me? What i should do? Email to support with account details? Not necessarily, i got tired of having a queue of Gift mails to send to bag. Try to log in. Spend a few hours online, and then the next day, loging on again. Don't know if you already have tried, so. Also, you should be aware of the server time, which can be easily identified by the daily offer, when it resets, it's a new day (by server time) and players will receive the chest when they log off and log in. To note that you must log off first to receive the chest, if you go straight 24/7 you probably will receive only the chest according to the last time you logged in.
