0 Venatoris 2 Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 To be honest, the people who are number 1 in the arena are all pretty strong anyway, so it's not unbalancing the game for normal players. Also, they need prizes for their achievements and perhaps the developers thought it would be nice to change from costumes to other items as rewards.
