Chieftain double mermen passive

I’m in doubt if leather mermen could be useful since it’s based on auto attacks and maces are so slow, maybe lvl 10 guild buff will help and speed enchant on boots putting the leather ones on head and foots just + cloth on chest and gloves here an example (double passive)

That why cat reflexes will keep at 1/4 since the double passive buffs are giving accu pene and crit

And ofc energy ring and mana regen amu

So, with 10 skills, you easily get 20% Critical and 30% Crit DMG and Healing. 

And if you crit (that's very easy to do), you increase 30% of Magical Damage. You can reach 1.3K Magical Damage lol

Increases the character's Accuracy and Penetration parameters by 2% for 30 seconds for each successful auto attack against the enemy. Maximum number of buffs: 10.
Every fifth auto attack of the character additionally deals critical damage when in combat. Skill with constant energy consumption.

 

You need 10 basic attacks to get 20% Accuracy and Pene. With 2 maces, you would need 24s to get 10 stacks. Meh.

 

Chieftain is not a basic attack boi, he is a skill boi. Just because he uses 2 mixed damage weapons doesn't mean that he is the same as a seeker, rogue or BD

It's not as simple as "10 skills and easy buffs", those skills have to be applied specifically to target, so things such as aoes don't count, and from what I see, Chieftains only have Eagle's eye that work this way, so you get only 1 skill to build stack withs, which is a no-go.

 

"Chieftain is not a basic attack boi" that doesn't mean it can't use that set though, and for 20% accuracy/penetration along with the accuracy constant consumption skill means a chieftain can forgo all accuracy enchants and go whatever rings/enchants they want without any negatives.

And don't forget you can reset swing timer with skills, so you can have the best of both worlds with both sets, though, the only limitation in that would be the absurd mana regeneration needed to upkeep 3 skills.

 

Tbh its better off with leather atm than cloth, but new experts might change that, who knows

I just think that my "The Sixth Sense" boy needs a mana regen skill, like, idk, "Flow of the River" XD

I would discard mana consumption chieftain skill and remain with 2 mana consumption passives since leather gives pene and crit dmg cap is achievable without it also, put those 3 skill points for another expert maybe a defensive one

Swooping Army, Rugged Hide and maybe the passive for a lil more defensive stats or the Rat.

Just kidding, i would rather let Blow of Spirits 4/5 than the rat skill 4/4.

Please do not make the chieftain another rouge, seeker, bd, he does not rely on auto attacks, the fact that he can have 2 weapons does not mean that it works in the same way, if you compare the chieftain, it is closest to the mage. It is based on skills, where it is best to press cdr and magic dmg, you can, of course, combine maces and combine but remember 2 rules, chieftani uses a lot of mana and needs magic dmg. Same as Zurpi said.
