Someone got pala smashed one too many times. It only has couple of yards range, but is enchanted with some other still unknown abilities. Actually, I know how to use fetters in a way that would blow everyones mind. I tested it on a range class that was a full shooting range from me. Since then my foj's are black holes. Ask me and i wont tell. But there is a hidden attribute in fetters.
