Totally Unnecessary "Eagle's Eye" Stats

Applies a positive attacking effect "Eagle Eye" to the character for 8 seconds. The effect deals periodic magical damage (60%) every 2 seconds to all enemies within one yard.

Additionally applies the “Bleeding” negative effect for 12 seconds upon a critical hit with the skill. 

The opponent takes periodic physical damage (30%) every 3 seconds and multiple effects (6) can be applied to the same opponent.

 

 

Chieftain Stats:

1000 Physical Damage

1000 Magical Damage

50% Critical Hit

 

 

0/4 Critical Hits:

60% of 1000 = 600

600 x 4 = 2400

 

Magical Damage = 2400

Physical Damage = 0

Total Damage = 2400

 

 

 

1/4 Critical Hit:

600 x 3 = 1800

1200! x 1 = 1200!

 

30% of 1000 = 300

300 x 4 = 1200 = Total Bleeding Damage

 

Magical Damage = 3000

Physical Damage = 1200

Total Damage = 4200

 

 

 

2/4 Critical Hits:

600 x 2 = 1200

1200! x 2 = 2400!

 

1200 x 2 = 2400

 

Magical Damage = 3600

Physical Damage = 2400

Total Damage = 5000

 

 

 

3/4 Critical Hits: 

600 x 1 = 600

1200! x 3 = 3600!

 

1200 x 3 = 3600

 

Magical Damage = 4200

Physical Damage = 3600

Total Damage = 7800

 

 

 

4/4 Critical Hits:

1200! x 4 = 4800!

 

1200 x 4 = 4800

 

Magical Damage = 4800

Physical Damage = 4800

Total Damage = 9600

It's not much tbh. Consider how long it would take to inflict this damage. It would take a total of 12 seconds to inflict this.

Assuming all of them crits. And to get 1k mdmg and pdmg it's safe to say its going to require +9 amps at the least. 

 

A rogue, hunter, BD, ranger, seeker with 1k damage will out DPS(damage per second) this class under all circumstances and this is after taking into account the chieftain's auto attack, and other damage skills too.

Just saying because it doesn't match the damage capabilities as indicated or advertised. 😅

 

And keep in mind a BD is supposed to have lesser damage potential than a chieftain. :frozen:

But then we are talking about a +10 character with the best gear we've got in the game. After 4 consecutive critical hits dealing 10k of damage on a target without def, is fair enough no?

Honestly i think this is fair dmg , its true that the skill deals 7200  if crit all dmgs (which you can crit all dmgs if you have the relic with rage ) 

BUT it will deal the magical dmg over 8 second (4800), and it will deal the physical bleeding over 12 sec , so first bleeding is in 12 sec , second bleeding in 14 , third in 16 and forth in 18  (2400 in total )  , so 7200 dmg over 18 sec(only if you have rage on you + relic all this 18 sec) , well i think the dmg is pretty fair.
