On my lock lvl 19 i get only 1 mission with that pumkins and that was all when i get in that tent i randomly teleport till i hit room with jack and his head then i get kicked out.

So whats the deal with this halloween?

Its something special at lvl 20?
Someone iluminate me with this event.
