Does Warspear support the Nokia N9 operating system 'Meego'?

I just got a phone call from my service provider, and they r offering me a free N9 cuz ima good customer 8) .... Never say no to that..

But it doesnt have symbian OS like the N8, it's OS is Meego, and after a quick look on the net it seems windows based... Does this mean I need to download the windows version for smartphones, or is my new phone only good for calls :facepalm:

Meego is not like windows mobile or windows phone 7 if that's what you're asking. It was called Maemo before it was renamed to Meego. It's a separate OS. But Nokia gave up that platform in favor of Microsoft's OS, so it's basically a dead system. As far as i know the N9 is the only phone running it. And, no, Warspear is not available for Meego. But, if it's free you can check it out i guess. :pleasantry:

Anyway sometimes windows version of warspear may work on it as Microsoft did something on it.Just a guess of mine ;)

Perfect choise. Pay atention.. when you will start to use the sgs2 to dont die by an infart cuz you will see loooonnggg better way difference than nokia....  :spiteful:
