My idea is that, during the skill effect, each block heals the ally with less % of HP in a 10x10 range (but only party allies)

With this rework, Charmer could be more required as a tank.

the issue of the charmer that the class does not posses an extra aoe aggro skill, wich dosent allow to make an op aggro grinding and hold aggro in groups of enemies

Idk why devs don't want Charmer to have a AoE aggro

Because it was not intended to be a tank, but a support class.
