Fear Ranged-Weapon exclusive Every basic attack has a chance of dealing Fear debuff, that makes the enemy run in the opposite direction. If another person (except the person that caused the debuff) deals damage to the enemy, the Fear ends. Why "another person"? Because if a full-speed Ranger had this, it wouldn't be good, since it would attack again. It would have less chance to occur than Stun.
