Yea i know they helped me about 4-5 times and very quick too, but now i dont get answers 9 days. i think it is too long... i just want know why they cant answer maybe they are on holidays or smth  :unknw:

9days for me too. My email is the same. I just asked about client size and resolution.. i wsnt back the smaller one with better resolution. Thats all.

Oh im sorry but i didnt see all the trheads on the forum... and in my opinion its not so hard to put bck the older client.. people prefer it.

Well its your game and your decision.

Mine its just i suggest cuz when i showed the game to other friends they said:"what?!?! theres just a pixel, maybe is good, but its too ugly"

So i dont play pc versione anymore because is unplayable, ugly graphic and too big. Making 2version and make people to can choose between the smaller and good looking or bigger and ugly, in my opinion, its the best thing. But mine , as i said, its just a suggestion.

i had send a support on 27,Sep2011 (GMT+8  16:00) , but i still havnt get any reply form my e-mail about my case. i already wait for 72hours or any more.

 

 

may i know any player how long did u get reply form support?  or any suggestion for me

I sent a query on Monday or Tuesday to recover a forgotten ID. I got an email today saying that they will restore my account on Monday. Since this character was fairly new I just started another guy. It does take awhile but the support team just probably doesn't have enough manpower to handle every case in a short time.

You got a case number like "ticket: d4dba808fce5723dbddd64632ee3b64e345612fb"? I did not even get that so far (only 2 days, though)

 

Kuz, if I did not get a case number shall I resend the support formula?

My advice is send again and again to support and forum until you get reply.

Maybe better if you write in BIG letters so that make much easier to read.

Issue solved after 5 days (2.5 working days) is OK, though an automated email that the issue has been entered into the database (I really hope you have that) would be appeciated by all users.

 

And I did not spam them. maybe the forum, but certainly not excessibly.

the chars from my account disappeared EU-Emerald, I sent an email to them

responded more so far none of the solution

some questions and did not sent email with more information or solutions

for now I am still in waiting, because I find this very cool game,

so that if I have to start all over again, especially because so much that I spent Mcoins surely not continue playing ...    :diablo: :diablo: :diablo:
