Khrone 648 Posted June 29, 2020 Share Posted June 29, 2020 How it would work? We already have Underwater Talents that gives buffs, so why we can't have something like that in every class? Every 4 levels, you unlock a Talent point. You can use it on any skill to buff/add a new effect to it. Every skills has 2 options of Improvements. Talent Points unlocking levels: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20*, 24, 28, 32. *You gain 2 talents Points. Total of Talent Points: 9 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
