My personal opinions:

 

Paladin: Needs a rework to be more Tank / Healer than DMG.

 

BD: I've heard that Blade Dancer was a tank before Warden came, so it would be nice if the player could choose between BD Tank (full Parry) and BD DMG (wearing light armor, I don't know if BDs can already use armor Light).

I know that a BD full parry would not be as efficient, after all, Parry only works against meelee.

 

Druid: It would be nice if the player could choose between Healer and DMG.

 

Shaman: Same as Druid.

 

Death Knight: The player could choose between Pure Tank and DMG, like Barbarian.

Skills Rework:

Exhalation Of Darkness: Increase (further) the damage to be as strong as the Death Thorns

Or

Increase the buff and stun time caused by increasing the skill level.

Saturation: Decrease the general HP cost or when increasing the skill level.

(I do not include the Secret Reserves because it doesn’t need rework, it needs a buff)

 

Warlock: It needs more survivability.

Maybe slow effect in the the Puddle, increase the time in the initial levels of the Circle (so a PvE that doesn't use it 5/5 has more time to escape) or something like that. 

Its counterpart, the Mage, has an ability that increases defense.

 

Charmer: Many people disagree, but I think it would be nice if it used spear.

Would it be OP?

Not so much.

When using a spear, the Charmer would have a high physical damage and good magic damage (better than maces), but would lose the defense, block and the shield's 15% defense buff.
