It will be cool that, when I log in my account linked with an email adress (on a new device or when I re-install game), all my settings and hotkeys are automatically adjusted. I think, that if you move ws_config.xml from folder with game on old device to the same folder on your new device, you can get what you want. This file contains user profile configuration.
