And I don't think it would be so OP, because when you lose the Shield, you would lose the ability of block (because you can only block with Shield, so Otherwordly Blessing would add only HP and Mana), a lot of defense (a +10 Shield of Catharsis gives 1K of defense), etc. But obviously you wouldn't be 100% helpless, the spear's magic damage would aid healing, which also affects other players.
