Having issues with gooogle play in game order

Hello, I recently tried ordering miracle coins via Google play for $49.99 due to the 50% more coins sell and my first attempt was met with a pop up stating I was at a high risk and should try later in which I did and my second attempt was exactly the same. Both orders stopped and wouldn't process due to this pop up. I then went and checked my bank account to see if I was charged and unfortunately I was but twice $100 worth when I only wanted one order of $49.99, and on top of that I didn't even receive one order of miracle coins. I would like to receive some help soon, I sent numerous emails to tech support and nothing and one to support, I know everyone's busy but im missing $100 from my account and no in game credits at all, Idk what else to do but sit around waiting to see if I get noticed, email me at [email protected]

I sent back the information they requested 2 days ago, the bright side is that one of the transactions of $49.99 were just pending in my account and as of 2 days ago subsided and returned to my account, now im just waiting to see if the other transaction, the other $49.99 that actually went through and that I wanted with 50% more miracle coins gets noticed. Haven't heard anything back.

Last day till weekend, I would like to get this resolved today, already been a week now and I would prefer not waiting another weekend, only one payment now to worry about on 5/31/13 and that's the one I actually want with the 50% more coins deal, email me if need be please, thank you

Still no reply back, Idk what else I can do, should I send another tech support email? Cuz im still missing just one payment of $49.99 the one I actually wanted on 5/31/13, due to the 50% more deal you had. I would still like the 12k mcoins offered but if you cant do such then I would greatly prefer a refund. Just want this resolved.

snorlax since you are replying here...

I just want to tell you that my character hack case was ignored(lv14 ranger named Tilapia) already sent tickets 3 times..

and my post here about it as also ignored...

 

and now im getting the "Another connection using profile detected" again with my new char lvl 14 named Recorder..

 

I just wish i dont get hacked again i have receipts of my mol purchases with Tilapia if that is required for me to get it back..

 

note that i do not give my info to anyone ive reformatted my memory card and hard reset my phone..

 

but i think the hacker uses phone IPs to auto detect infos coz i had a chat with the hacker i was begging him to give it back since this is my only HOBBY and i asked him how he does it and he said its AUTO..

 

sorry for not having screenshots.. ill find a way to get a screen capture app on my device soon..
