I really dislike it when a game has something cool that is unobtainable/guild exclusive. Nah the whole thing was a misunderstanding due to the words used, but the guy just went on being an asshole. It's in the past now, no biggie. The bug was due to the server crashes. When the tourny finished it started a new one but a crash made it reset, thus making winners prematurely. Prove myself and our guild? Yes why not? It took many hours of arena grinding, quest grinding and sleepless moments to achieve what we had. People should be assured of that fact. We earn't that much at least. And yes i dislike the fact also, but mainly due to another fact that only those with cash can get to the top. We all know how worthless the whole game aspect is. Pour cash in and become the best to only find out there's nothing of value at the end of the tunnel, meanwhile others less fortunate are envy of us and want to be in our position. Yet they do not realise that only those who do not purchase coin can appretiate the game that much more, regardless of the fact they do not usually get these little extra things like an arena outfit. meh i'm losing the subject here with my rambling. Every single MMO has either changed drastically, or died. It can't be helped. It's not greed, rather laziness - how to get money doing as less as possible. Why do people keep buying coins? For the same reason people smoke. They know it's total waste of money, and do nothing about it. Some try to escape, but most of them come back to their addiction. The sooner you stop, the better for you, and your wallet. You can keep trying to talk sense into people, but most won't listen. Especially if you just keep saying it like shown above. "You could buy a car with 10 years worth of cigarettes. Take that, Marlboro!". What truth? Devs know the truth, because they created it on purpose. Who doesn't love free money? If put in the same situation, we'd do the same. Ruin a good game and receive loadsamoney, or keep tending to your masterpiece and live in poverty. And do you think r0land is viper? Roland is an exceptional individual, not the enemy. Yes i also know the reality. Was just stating it for the blind.. and yes.. they do exist and i know most will not listen. Gaming history has many streets, where many aspects have gone downhill yet on other roads it has traveled upwards. I Just miss the greatest pinnacle of gaming history that happened back in the 80's - 90's for me.. This game reminded me so much of it and i dreamed that it could be so much better... pity it wont.
