Why DK have lower damage on first skill?

Please devs, answer me, why DK have lower damage on first skill?

I made some tests on lvl 20 tank classes and:

Death Knight:

normal: 372    skill: 525

Barbarian:

normal: 366    skill: 529

Blade Dancer:

normal: 371    skill: 555

Paladin:

normal: 364    skill: 631 (=O)

Ikr a remember a paladin did 1200+ crit on my shaman while I tested a pvp set in arena.

he didnt look high amp either

 

maybe they think dk was OP with burst dmg

he says, dk has lower dmg on skill1 (thorn of death) because exhalation of darkness has a secondary effect (2 second stun)....

 

well, if you really wanna compare

 

DKs exhalation miss if the normal attack is dodged, parried, or blocked...

and its powered by dark magic. and thats all dark magic does for DK

 

Paladins have higher damage on skill1, have DOT effect that is powered by astral magic, and also, paladin can use that astral magic for healing as well.

 

so as you can see, he was just nerd raging because he saw me post here ;D

I wanna see s.s abt dmg on skill 1, orign dmg, and lvl of skill on every tanker class.

All numbers i took was by lvl 20 chars, the dk dmg is of mine, so i can confirme u thorn is lvl 5.

Barb, bd and pala also have secondary damage skills, like Bestmaan's harmstring hiting 200 for idk, 5x?

Considering that dk has 2dmg skills,while pala has one and it does extra dmg(which is ultra low,a lot consider it only to stagger the enemy) only when the enemy fettered,was saying?

dude ^-^ these dmg results are based on wht weapons u didnt say ;) pala mace/axe 1h/2h? Dk spear/sword 2h sword? Barb ... Bd.. U cant test all classes if each using different weapon :lol: :blush: try testing on 2classes using same amps and weapons

First skill did by pala was just this skill, not in feterred enemy. And retard is u ^^

And i said weapon becuz if depends on wht ur hitting some of those weapons has pene xD but yea ik palas first skill dmg is greatest but doesnt depend on wht amount of dmg u can deliver in 1hit :) they made all classes to be blanced in dmg/sec wht i mean is when a dk hits lower than a paladin in 1sec but in 20sec+ and the more time is the closer the results are :)

example: bd hits 300 normal 450 skill those in but pala hits 300 normal 550skill (these result in first 1-2sec)

bd makes 300x3 + 450 and pala makes 300x2 + 550 (these results in 7secs) lolz ik these results arent even 50% true but as im sayins maybe a pala can hit hard but not hard in time :) so dps (dmg per sec) wht matters ^-^ have fun

first skills of classes if flat dmg based,means normal dmg+flat amount based on skill lvl only

so try doing with lvl1 weapon,doesn't matter which weapon
