The respawn isn't 15 minutes, used a stopwatch and at exactly 15 minutes I started running around, scanned the whole map for 5 mins and just when I was about to leave, it spawned at exactly 25 minutes. Not sure if it's random or not and definitely not gonna camp it again. If anyone wants to confirm it here's what you gotta do: 1. Wait for the chest to spawn 2. Once it spawns take the loot and at the same time use a stopwatch 3. You can log off or not, at exactly 20 minutes scan the entire map 4.1. If it spawns before or a minute/s after 25 minutes then it's random. 4.2. If it spawns at 24-26 minutes then that's the timer. 5. Grats on wasting 30 minutes of your life for a shit enchant.
