Ok, so I found the following at http://warspear-online.com/en/rules/community. It's clear that admins cannot and won't ban users with foul names. Tough luck noah, the penalty is just renaming. But I guess admins have their hands full even without your concern so I suggest you just chill out and enjoy the game.

i am sorry but what u propose can not be applied, cause in this came are players from several nation and each language has its own "bad" words. so even if they ban the players with the abusive name like u call it, there are always be other names in a language that u can not understand. i remember a player named kossy and his name meant pussy. most ditn't know it. and for the record, the words anus and vagina are words that are used in the anatomy and are not abusive at all. and if u really have a problem with the words pussy, bush, dick or balls or whatever else, please check yourself cause pussy can mean a little cat, bush is a type of tree or a name, dick is a name too, and balls are round usually spherical objects. don't be so dirty minded.

I guess it comes down to one thing. Are these names forbiden by ws or not. I dont think being offended alone is enough to ban someone. Everyday in tradechat I could easily be offended, but that doesnt mean someone should be banned. So if it is forbiden by ws then I think ws will take action. Im sure you know that devs have already seen this topic, and maybe they are working on a fair fix for this.

 

And everything isnt offensive in America. Everything "CAN" be taken offensive in America, but that goes for everywhere.

i just think that when a person pick those nicknames, at the same time they stop being bad words cause they used in a kind of comedy. lets say i pick "asshole" as name in game, after 2-3 quest, lets say we talk, u gonna say, hi asshole. then i call u ur nickname, and we gonna joke about it. yes u could use it to offend me, but it in the end it doesnt matter cause i would see it as a joke.

about the ♥♥♥♥mehard nick. tels say we on hunt, mobs almost kill me and someone joke about it saying those mobs really give it to ya. then i could answer, yeah. good that i used protection. I suggest devs add an option to vote to ban a player. I say 10 votes from 10 different ppl and they are temporarily banned from posting in any chat or sending pms.

1.sever shall not accept abusive/vulgar names as char name.

2. Trade chat should not show abusive word instead it can be shown as  "****" (this is basicaly my friend taara's suggestion).
