Rangers best armor for lvl 14

So i have ranger just lvled up till lvl 14 and i'm thinking to go arena(lvl11-14),so i want to know what is the best armor for me.

Level 14 arena armor would be the best  ;)  Or if have no arena points and need armor fast, level 13 light armor with health bonus is good too

Thanks i have enough arena points to buy helmet and armor and found a  belt for 7k thanks.

best armor are lvl13,and lvl14 arena,anyway ranger got gud atk so dnt need to buy anything,just have to use ur skills

lvl13 armor is better for a dodge build. skill adds 2% at lvl1, so with full dodge (charms and items with dodge) you can get 22%. and you can still reach about 8% resilence
