With Shield?

Block.

It isn't affected by accuracy I think & 10% is HIGH.

20% dodge is lame, almost the same rate as 2% parry.

I prefer 22% dodge, 11% block and 12% parry hehe

@topic

If u will farm a boss sure its 10% block. But if its pvp better 20% dodge and more damage.

10% block. My aplly got 5% block, and 20+% dodge, and he block at least 2 times so much as he dodge.

A: 10% block

10% block is more effective than 20% dodge if your opponent's have 15 - 21% accuracy.

Block isn't depends on opponent's accuracy.

*nosebleed* hard to explain in english :sorry:

Depends ur point of view, cause if u see that to active block u must use a shield. When u use a shield ull hit low. And if u are in arena, ur oponents would stun u and atack ur partern fast. So theyll  2x1 u with u low hiting.

And not many guys get 15-21% acc. Today i was arena with a bd and i was with 50% hp and he 100%, but i was with 28% dodge and was dodging almost all his atacks, winning the fight.

The difference here is it ain't 28% dodge, It's 20%.

My Rogue has 16% Accuracy using Ice Queen Rings, they have no accuracy.
