Many players lost their items, because for example they want to trade their weapon (1 item) for 70 signs. In 1 exchange action players can trade max 50 signs, so they want to trade 2 times. In first action they give 50 signs for free, they r thinking 2nd player will give his weapon on 2nd exchange, but he doesnt accept 2nd exchange so 1 player lost 50 signs, 2nd one received them for free.
