The Horror Circus has come to Arinar! Dwellers and guests are already waiting for you on the holiday island, so hurry to find Barker and set off for celebrations, have fun and welcome the Median Night. In the preview we have already told in details about dungeons, bosses, events, rides and much more that you will see in this update, and now it's time to find out more about the surprises and awards that await you in the 8.1 update.

 

Please note that versions for different platforms may come out with a delay!

 

 

Holiday quests

The questline will immerse you in the atmosphere of a holiday - the Day of the Dead! Go through all the story quests and find a way to deal with Baron Saturday, and as a reward for this you will receive a unique "Baron Saturday's Granny" and “Alternatively Alive Cat” smilies.

 

Shall we add some heat to your daily routine? Kill bosses, elite monsters both on yours and on enemy’s territory, collect pieces of amber pumpkin and gifts of the Dungeon prisoners and you will be generously rewarded for you work. Rely on your luck and your gift will be a surprise!

 

Don’t forget to pay tribute to the memories of the dead: the ancient priests and even Sam Hain himself will tell you about traditional holiday quests.

 

Dungeons

You will find seven mysterious Dungeons, where the rejected bride of Baron Saturday mourns her fate, on the island. Such places, of course, are better to be avoided in order to not disturb maddened by grief lady, but the brave treasure seekers won’t pass by, because rewards that hidden inside are too enticing:

 

Prison of Faithful Katrina (recommended level - 6):

World Event “Baron's Tricks”

Baron Saturday couldn’t endure the overall joy at the Day of the Dead festival and summoned the most vile and dangerous creatures to spoil the celebrations. Stop this outrage as soon as possible!

 

 

Rewards are given to all players starting from level 2, who have been at the location for at least 30 seconds before the stage was successfully completed:  

 

1st stage: "Baron's Chest I" and "Indestructible Entourage" buff - increases character’s life time and strength of monsters summoned by "Jaw-Grabber's Help" and "Chupacabra's Help" skills by 10% (max. 5 buffs - 50%)

 

2nd stage: "Baron's Chest II" and "Extraordinary Resilience" buff - decreases incoming damage to a hero from monsters by 3% (max. 5 buffs - 15%)

 

3rd stage: "Baron's Chest III" and "Assistants' might" buff  - increases strength and defense of hero’s minions by 50% (max. 1 buff)

 

4th stage: "Baron's Chest IV" and "Magic of Vampirism" buff - increases "Steal health" parameter of a hero by 3% (max. 3 buffs - 9%)

 

5th stage: "Baron's Chest V" and "Sudden Shock" buff  - increases "Stun" parameter of a hero by 2% (max. 3 buffs - 6%)

 

6th stage: "Baron's Chest VI", "Vekufe's Help" skill and "Lucky Deal" buff - increases amount of Good Luck Tokens received by a hero for attractions by 30% (max. 1 buff) - if 4th and 5th stages were completed.

 

“Vekufe's Help” skill is absolutely unique skill that will help you in battle for 5 hours. Vekufe is quite powerful monster, so he can teach enemy a lesson by using his distinctive abilities. In addition to that he can increase hero’s “Steal health” parameter or heal character all by himself if you will be in need of a boost.

 

 

In each of six Baron's Chests you will be able to find collectible smilies with skeletons in sombrero, mysterious masks, and charming owls, and unique intimidating hairstyles. As well as:

 

- common empowering relics

- Seeker's Stamina Elixirs

- tickets to an attractions

- holiday minions

- small Gladiator, Unity and Knowledge elixirs

- potions and scrolls

- precious bars

 

And in Chest for the last stage - "Bloodthirsty Puppet" costume.

 

Event restart time: 4 hours from the start of the first stage. According to the schedule: 02:10, 06:10, 10:10, 14:10, 18:10, 22:10 CET.

 

Tournament guild event on the GvG-territory “Treasure of Count Onofre”

Turns out Baron Saturday is not the only villain at the holiday: locals have been complaining for a long time about the terrible Count Onofre, who brings fear to all folks at night. Show everyone the strength of your guild - defeat the Count and his assistants among the first ones and take your honorary reward:

 

1st place:

• "Good Luck Tokens" currency - 1000 units.

The "Sinister Adventure" buff allows the character to access dedicated dungeons on the Horror Circus for free.

 

 

Rewards are given to all guild members starting from level 10, who have been at the location for at least 30 seconds before the event was successfully completed.

 

“Treasure Trove of Count Onofre” hides:

Event restart time: once a day on schedule.

You can always look up schedule of the closest tournament battle in “Events” menu.

 

Book "Improved Stunning" - increases “Stun” parameter of character by 2.5%.

Terrible Relic of Control - increases duration of skill’s effect by 25% with chance that is equivalent to “Steal health” parameter. 

 

Guild event in the dedicated area “Tomb of La Llorona”

La Llorona is only strengthening the power of Baron and that means that it’s time to soothe this sorrowful wailer! Complete Dungeons in the Horror Circus to open access to her tomb. And don’t forget: the more stages you’ve conquered, the more rewards you can take with you!

 

1st stage: "Casket of La Llorona" - 1 pc.

 

2nd stage: "Casket of La Llorona" - 2 pc.

 

3rd stage: "Casket of La Llorona" - 3 pc.

 

4th stage: "Casket of La Llorona" - 4 pc.

 

Besides that for every completed stage you will get “Otherworldly Power” buff - it will increase character’s damage to monsters by 5% (max. 4 buffs - 20%).

 

For the whole event you can get up to 10 caskets with rare rewards and maximum number of buffs, so don’t give up to the very end!

 

Rewards are given to all guild members starting from level 2, who have been at the location for at least 30 seconds before the stage was successfully completed.

 

From "Casket of La Llorona" you can get:

Book "Distortion of Life" - instantly restores character’s health by 150% of the damage dealt by an enemy, when character has negative “Stun” buff, with chance that is equivalent to the value of “Steal health” parameter.

 

Guild event in the open world “Afterlife Quintet”

Collect Guild Points and start a hunt for afterlife musicians that are hiding in the orchestra pits before they can destroy everyone’s lives with their music!

 

“Mariachi's Treasure Trove” and "Critical Mood" buff (increases "Critical Hit" parameter and character’s critical damage by 5% (max. 3 buffs - 15%)  are given to all guild members starting from level 10, who have been at the location for at least 30 seconds before the event was successfully completed.

Book “Secret Power of Vampirism” increases character’s “Steal health” parameter by 15% when current health level is 20% of maximum.

 

 

In addition to that, you can test your strength in a battle with dead artists at any moment  even outside of a guild event and get a worthy prize for that! By defeating musicians again and again you can gather a full equipment set with incredibly valuable “Steal health” bonus and also get other well deserved rewards. Winning a PvE fight never was more gratifying!

 

Twangy Jose (level 16):

- unique armor (head, body, hands and legs) of level 14 and 16 with Steal health bonus

 

Ernesto Trumpeter (level 20):

- unique armor (head, body, hands and legs) of level 18 and 20 with Steal health bonus

Raid boss Baron Saturday

Baron Saturday already had a sense of what being the master of the Horror Circus feels like, but heroes of Arinar were not ready for this turn of events and are already gathering an army to banish the villain from world of the living. Sam Hain promised nice reward for every Baron’s death, so show him what you got!

 

 

Baron is hiding on a very top of the island, showing up on one, then on the other location. Even the appearance of the master of crossroads between worlds is intimidating, but if you dared to start a fight - stand until the end of it. It will be really difficult fight, after all to defeat Baron you will need to take all of his 10 lives! Don’t give up and act cautiously: there are always many dangerous creatures around Baron and they are ready to die, protecting their owner.

 

But reward for Baron’s head is worth every second of battle with him: random player from group that killed raid boss will be guaranteed to get one thing from unique equipment items (head, body, hands, legs) of level 30 with “Steal health” bonus.

 

Also every member of party that defeated raid boss might get:

However, Baron Saturday is not so simple and after his death he will appear again only after six hours. In the in-game chat you can keep track of his revival, so you should always be prepared for a battle!

Rides of the Horror Circus are one of the most popular places for guests of the holiday! Not only is it a nice entertainment, but also a great opportunity to earn Good Luck Tokens, which then can be exchanged for unique gifts at the Souvenir Merchant.

• We’ve fixed a bug that made it easier to complete the heroic level of the "Sea Tramps’ Lair" Dungeon as a hero could avoid the appearance of additional monsters when the maximum amount of Great Kutulu’s health was changing
• Respawn of monsters at the 4th stage of the battle with Captain Giant Octopus was adjusted
• System messages about the start of tournament guild events are added.
• We have added relevant information regarding authorization with the Apple profile to our Privacy Policy (updated section 1, paragraph 1.3). Please read the new version.

No it's not. From that description you get that using the book halves the HPs from the pt/user of the book.

the DGs are bugged when it gets to the bear part the game is reconnecting but it only stays there neither comes into the game nor leaves and in the after part I think

When PT hp Hit below 50% My life steal was not boosted by 10% Sorry if i wasnt clear my LS on avg is 15%. Also Bug is on every device. theres no avoiding it besides PC? Android Mac and IOS
