Model, OS, and what kind of problem more specific, screen shot would be nice if you can. I emailed you guys told you that the update when you changed from rank to levels also got rid of the chat setting to switch input type, because when I started on my android samsung epic galaxy s phone I could chat but not enter using my built in keyboard. But then I changed the chat input setting and everthing was awesome, the games keyboard along with the envelope to the right of messages wrote was to send messages. Unfortuntely the update took away the ability to change chat input type and now I can't send messages with my built in qwerty keyboard. And the games keyboard doesn't pop up neither does the envelope. Please just put back the ability to change chat input type so I can use the games chat. Yngsavage 0 Posted September 1, 2011 Share Posted September 1, 2011 I have a android samsung galaxy s epic phone with a slide out keyboard and ever since the update when you changed from rank to levels they also took away the ability to go to settings and change the chat input type so now I can't chat at all because the games keyboard doesn't pop up but I can type using my built in keyboard but I also can't send because the envelope doesn't pop up to send. Please let someone know that it worked fine when you could change the chat type if you remember what I'm talking about?the update about 3 weeks ago took the chat setting away to pick input type. I used to be able to go to settings and chat and change the input type so that i can use the games pop up keyboard and also my slide-out keyboard on my phone and things worked perfect. Now after update about 3 weeks ago the update that changed from rank to levels, I can't send messages, because I can't change chat input type like it was before update. Now the games keyboard doesn't pop up but i can type using my slide out keyboard but also the envelope doesn't pop up so i can't send messages. Please fix i just talked to someone with a samsung epic and his is doing the same thing. Please fix or tell me how to fix this issue. P.S. uninstalled and reinstalled several times, doesn't work.
